REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES

The Bedford County Public Service Authority is requesting proposals from qualified firms of Certified Public Accountants to perform an audit of the Authority’s financial statements for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2008 through June 30, 2010, with the option on the part of the Authority of extending the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Firms will be expected to provide auditing services, including the preparation of the comprehensive annual financial report.

Wooldrige, Finance and Benefits Coordinator, 1723 Falling Creek Road, Bedford, VA 24523. Proposals should be clearly marked “RFP for Auditing Services”. The deadline for acceptance of proposals is 2:00 pm on March 3, 2008.
