The Bedford County Public
Service Authority will be accepting bids for one new Class 5 4 X 4 pick up
truck until August 17, 2007 2:00 pm Eastern Time. Bid specifications are
available for download at
bcpsa.com ,
or they can be viewed at the Bedford County PSA office located at 1723 Falling
Creek Road in Bedford, Va.

Vehicle to be furnished shall conform to all applicable Federal and Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and all equipment shall conform to Title 46.2, Chapter 10 of the Code of Virginia and shall include a valid
Virginia State Inspection Sticker and 30 day tags.
Vehicle shall be new, and shall include a minimum factory bumper to bumper and powertrain warrantee of 3 years / 36,000 miles.
Vehicle service
preparation must be performed by dealer prior to delivery.
EVALUATION OF BIDS AND CRITERIA FOR SELECTION
Delivery must be made within 90 days after bid acceptance.
Bids will be accepted at the PSA office until 2:00 PM on August 17, 2007. The PSA office is located at 1723 Falling Creek Road in Bedford Virginia.
Bid may be accepted or rejected based on actually test drive and inspection of vehicle.
The Bedford County PSA reserves the right reject any and/or all bids.
